Private Familly Swim Sessions  Terms  & Conditions 

All family swimming session are 90 Minutes long including your changing time.

No lone swimming 

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times 

Large inflatables are not permitted 

No Jumping or Diving 
 

Swimming Tuition Terms & Conditions  

All weekly swimming lessons are Term time only (Sickness & holidays will not be carried forward)

All lesson blocks are 6weeks

All fees must be paid before your 6th lesson  

We must be advised of any  cancelations on week 5 of your six week block 

General Terms & Conditions  

Customers are advised that children must be supervised at all times whilst visiting Ashgrove Lodge & Swim Spa and its surrounding areas. Also due to the uneven ground and age of the property customer should take   extra care. Ashgrove lodge is a private property and the owner will not be held responsible for any accidents or personal injury's whilst visiting Ashgrove Lodge & Swim Spa.

Fouling the Pool 

While we understand that accidents can happen it is important that you use the net provided  to remove any bodily fluids or stools  in the pool. you must inform a member of  staff immediately if this happens. If the pool is fouled you are liable for the cost of £150 for the cleaning and  closer of the pool.

Damage and/or Theft of Property   

You will be liable for any damage howsoever caused whether its  a deliberate, negligent or reckless act to the swimming pool, pool plant filtration, pool pipes, pool equipment, Sauna, changing room, toilet shower and wash hand basin on Ashgrove premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not you are  using the pool during you visit, Ashgrove Lodge & Swim Spa reserve the right to seek compensation for any damage caused and in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Ashgrove Lodge & Swim Spa as a result of the aforesaid. Should this Damage come to light after the customers have departed we reserve to seek  compensation for any damages incurred to   Ashgrove Lodge & Swim Spa property, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items cleaning fee etc. we will make every effort to rectify  any damage internally prior to contacting a specialist to make the repairs  every effort will be made to keep any cost to the customer to a minimum.
